Pool Route Monitor is the pool service management platform from InnovateMore — a web dashboard plus native iOS and Android apps that keep routes, technicians, customers, and service records in one place.
Where it started
It began with pool pros who couldn't find the right app.
Pool Route Monitor didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a pool service company that had tried the alternatives and kept running into the same problem.
“I've been in the pool business for over 10 years and we maintain and service pools. We've used a few different apps to help us do that, but none of the apps that we were using was really user friendly, so we decided to come up with our own app. We came up with Pool Route Monitor.”

Customer data, service photos, and business records are stored on Amazon Web Services and available from any device.
Secured with Cognito
Authentication runs through Amazon Cognito, with role-based access so technicians see only their own routes and customers.
Payments by Stripe
Card details are entered directly on Stripe and never pass through our servers. We store only a customer token and invoice history.
